Standard Delivery

All orders shipped from Bayonne, New Jersey. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Packages depart weekdays and deliver to street addresses only. Focus 2000 is currently not yet shipping internationally. Within the continental United States, you can expect delivery of in-stock orders within 7-14 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving credit authorization. Within AK, HI, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories, please allow 20 business days for delivery by the U.S. Postal Service

Next or 2 Business Day Express Service is available for in-stock items in the continental United States if ordered and credit is approved by 2pm ET on a business day. Express Delivery to rural or remote locations typically arrives within 3-4 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email, unless your item is shipped by the U.S. Postal Service.

Expedited service available only to the contiguous 48 states. We ship to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US territories and possessions by US Postal Service(USPS). Customer is responsible for actual shipping charges and all applicable duties, taxes and custom fees which are NOT refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Focus 2000 gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for full refund within 7 days after receipt of merchandises. Return must be approved by customer service department who will issue Return Authorization Code.

Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.
